LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
ZRODelta products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and this warranty is transferable for the life of the product. In the event of a valid defect, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. All warranty and RMA claims require prior written authorization before any product is returned — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Once approved, the product must be shipped to the original manufacturer for inspection before any remedy is issued. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the shipment of firearms and firearm components, including ATF regulations. International customers are not exempt from this process and are responsible for all associated shipping, export, and customs costs. Please note that modifications, gunsmithing, or the use of aftermarket components performed by any party other than the manufacturer may void warranty coverage at the manufacturer’s discretion. We require photos of drivers license for all serialized items, in the event you do not have a serialized item, please select ‘Parts’ for the Product Type Section.
If applicable, return Labels will be emailed directly from STAMPS or UPS as the sender and may be automatically forwarded to your spam/junk folder. Please search those folders prior to contacting the support email or phone line.
FFLs Coordinating RMA for customers:
Provide the customers information, not your name or business name. The FFLs point of contact information should go into the FFL information section.
All unused products (excluding firearms) in their original packaging may be returned by the customer for a refund (minus shipping charges and 10% restocking) within 30 days of purchase. Include your RMA# inside the package with your returned product. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
