ZRODelta will sell accessories directly to retailers with a business license. Contact us for more information.

Does ZRODelta offer terms to dealers?

No, all dealer orders directly from ZRODelta are credit card at time of shipment. If a dealer desires terms, the dealer should reach out to a distributor who carries ZRODelta products. Terms are available from our distributors to select clients.

Does ZRODelta offer a MIL/LE discount?

Yes, ZRODelta is proud to honor those who have served the United States honorably by carrying firearms into dangerous situations. If you have ever served in the Armed Forces or Law Enforcement, you can take 10% off of your order on ZRODelta.com by using the discount code SERVICE10. We will randomly spot check to ensure this extension of our thanks isn’t being abused, and remember, there’s a special place reserved on popular message boards for those who feign service for cheap personal gain.

When I place an order on ZRODelta’s website, when is my credit card charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time of order placement.

How long will it be before my order ships?

ZRODelta endeavors to ship all orders within 5 business days of placement.

For orders that include firearms, this timeline may be extended due to inadequate communication from a receiving FFL that is out of the control of ZRODelta.

Does ZRODelta accept backorders?

ZRODelta does accept customer backorders. If the product you are ordering is backordered, stock notification will be provided on the product page. Like all orders, payment for backordered products will be processed at the time of order placement. ZRODelta ships on a first in, first out basis, so purchasing a product on backorder ensures your spot in line.

RESTRICTED SALES

What products are legal for me to purchase in my state?

It depends, and it is vitally important that you know your state’s laws to ensure compliance prior to placing an order. Generally, products from our website can be shipped to all states with the exception of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. We currently do not manufacture California compliant nor Assault Weapons Ban compliant versions of our firearms.

All orders that contain products illegal in your state will be cancelled and you will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and REFUNDS

How do I return a product to ZRODelta?

ZRODelta wants you to be completely satisfied with its products and services. There are three reasons to return a product, and each reason has an associated procedure for return described below: Customer Discretion Return, Improper Service Return, and Warranty Return.

Customer Discretion Return. Sometimes, you may no longer wish to utilize or keep an ordered product that is still in as-new condition and in its original packaging. If this is the case, please ship the product back to ZRODelta along with a copy of your original invoice. A full refund will be provided within 5 business days of receipt, less applicable shipping costs.

Improper Service Return. In the unlikely event ZRODelta ships a product different from what you ordered, please utilize our contact form and select “RMA”, detailing the problem in the notes section. ZRODelta will email you a return shipping label and exchange the product for the correct product, or issue a full refund upon receipt of the product, whichever you prefer.

Warranty Return. Should your firearm require repair for a warranty issue, please utilize our contact form and select “RMA”, detailing the problem in the notes section. ZRODelta will email you a return shipping label, correct the warranted deficiency, and return the firearm to you.

WARRANTY

What is ZRODelta’s Warranty?

ZRODelta warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of its products. In the event faulty or improper manufacturing is the cause of a problem in one of our products, ZRODelta will repair or replace the product at no cost.
