ZRODelta will sell accessories directly to retailers with a business license. Contact us for more information.

Does ZRODelta offer terms to dealers?

No, all dealer orders directly from ZRODelta are credit card at time of shipment. If a dealer desires terms, the dealer should reach out to a distributor who carries ZRODelta products. Terms are available from our distributors to select clients.


Does ZRODelta offer a MIL/LE discount?

Yes, ZRODelta is proud to honor those who have served the United States honorably by carrying firearms into dangerous situations. If you have ever served in the Armed Forces or Law Enforcement, you can take 20% off of your order on by signing up for a MIL/LE account. To retrieve the discount, simply contact with proof of eligibility. Qualifications Required: Military (Active, Retired, Reservist) - Copy of Military picture ID or Military Email Address; Current & Retired Law Enforcement officers (Federal, State, County, and City) - Copy of LE Department Picture ID (front & back) or Department Issued Email Address; First Responders (EMT’s, Fire Fighters, Volunteer Fire Fighters, and Paramedics) - Copy of Department Picture ID (front & back)

When I place an order on ZRODelta’s website, when is my credit card charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time of order placement.

How long will it be before my order ships?

ZRODelta endeavors to ship all orders within 5 business days of placement. Some items may take longer than 5 days and will indicate the estimated delivery time on their respective product page. Expect delays during holidays and large promotions.

For orders that include firearms, this timeline may be extended due to inadequate communication from a receiving FFL that is out of the control of ZRODelta.

Does ZRODelta accept backorders?

ZRODelta does accept customer backorders on select items. If the item is eligible to accept back orders, the product listing will allow you to add the item to cart. If the product you are ordering is backordered, stock notification will be provided on the product page. Like all orders, payment for backordered products will be processed at the time of order placement. ZRODelta ships on a first in, first out basis, so purchasing a product on backorder ensures your spot in line.

What products are legal for me to purchase in my state?

It depends, and it is vitally important that you know your state’s laws to ensure compliance prior to placing an order. Generally, products from our website can be shipped to all states with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington. We currently do not manufacture California compliant nor Assault Weapons Ban compliant versions of our firearms.

All orders that contain products illegal in your state will be cancelled and you will be charged a 5% restocking fee.


How do I return a product to ZRODelta?

All unused products (excluding firearms) in their original packaging may be returned by the customer for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. To coordinate a return, please call Customer Service at 828-874-8560 to receive an RMA Authorization # required to process your return prior to mailing. Include your RMA# inside the package with your returned product. Customers are responsible for return freight.



What is ZRODelta’s Warranty?

ZRODelta warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects
for the life of its products. In the event faulty or improper manufacturing is
the cause of a problem in one of our products, ZRODelta will repair or replace
the product at no cost.

If you need to make a warranty return, please utilize our contact form on our Warranty & Returns Page, detailing the problem in the notes section. Following receipt of
the product, ZRODelta will correct the warranted deficiency, and return the
firearm to you. The customer is responsible for all freight charges to and
from ZRODelta.
