ZRODelta warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of its products. In the event faulty or improper manufacturing is the cause of a problem in one of our products, ZRODelta will repair or replace the product at no cost.
If you need to make a warranty return, please utilize our RMA contact form on our Warranty & Returns Page, detailing the problem in the notes section. Following receipt of the product, ZRODelta will correct the warranted deficiency, and return the firearm to you. The customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from ZRODelta.

Return Labels will come from STAMPS or UPS as the sender and may be automatically forwarded to your spam/junk folder. Please search those folders prior to contacting the support email or phone line.
All unused products (excluding firearms) in their original packaging may be returned by the customer for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Include your RMA# inside the package with your returned product. Customers are responsible for return freight.
