About Calvary Chapel Relief
Calvary Chapel Relief is a ministry started by Calvary Chapel Lake Norman. Calvary Chapel Relief is currently serving in the area of Western North Carolina, helping with disaster relief from Hurricane Helene. We have had the privilege of helping many people and churches in this area, but there is still much to do, and many people to help. We have been blessed by a local organization that is providing lodging and accommodation for teams coming to assist in the relief effort. We also have been involved with a local base camp and have been able to operate out of there, supporting them, and providing assistance for locals. There are so many who feel hopeless and abandoned, they have lost everything, including loved ones, their homes, and all of their belongings. Many have said that the help we, and the teams coming along side us, have provided is an answer to prayer. They have been given hope, and shown the love of Jesus Christ.
